Meal Plan Your Way To Health

Meal plan Your Way To HealthPIN IT!

We’ve all been there: “Ok, from tomorrow I’ll start eating healthier. No more chocolate, chips, pizza and other junk food.” Then we search Pinterest to find some healthy recipes that we think are not that hard to stick to. Some of us even go that far to make a meal plan for a week, a list of ingredients we’ll need and go to the store and buy them.

And while we’re in the store, we should definitely buy a new blender cause we’re going to make a lot of smoothies from now on. Yay, we’re so excited and proud of us.

And then, something horrible happens – a new day comes.

It’s time to put that blender away cause it’s only there to remind us that we failed (again) to follow through our decision to eat healthier.

Hm, it looks like changing our habits requires just a little more than a wish.

Healthy meals don’t just happen

Wouldn’t it be nice if instead of chips, we simply go and grab an apple? And we enjoy it just as much. Imagine sitting on your couch, watching a movie, eating an apple and not thinking about chips. I’m not sure that’s even possible:-).

But what if I told you that there is just one thing standing between you and a healthier life?

Ok, two things.

First thing is – you. If you had a chef every day to make you healthy foods that are also super tasty, you’re still the one that has to eat that and not choose to quickly grab Big Mac on your way from work.

As much as it would be amazing to have someone prepare super-tasty healthy meals for us, that’s usually not the case. Usually, we are the ones that have to decide what we’re going to eat, make our list, buy the ingredients, and then prepare everything.

And the domino that starts it all is knowing what you’re going to eat. In other words, the path to health begins with a plan.

And that’s where the second thing I mentioned (that is standing in the way between you and healthier life) comes in.

Eat healthier – checked

We all have so many things on our to-do list, and I don’t mean just our daily schedule, but the big things, such as eat healthier, workout daily (yes, that’s a big thing to me:-)), learn Swedish (I was born in Sweden, but I don’t speak the language, so that’s my big wish) and so much more.

Wanting to do so many things makes us overwhelmed, so we end up doing nothing or just a small portion of it.

I feel like this bundle makes everything so much easier (and every excuse just feels silly), to the point where you can mark your `eat healthier` wish as checked.

If you really want to change your eating habits and stop wasting money, then planning your meals is the way to go.

If you have the time, do it yourself (and please share it with me once you do:-)). But if you choose to simplify it, this opportunity is great because they also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you basically have nothing to lose.
